We are pleased to provide a variety of services at affordable costs to satisfy all of your property maintenance & Keyholder requirements as a reputable name in the industry.
The price you see is per month, but the contract is for a minimum of 1 year. Payment is annual!
We have recently started offering a grocery delivery service for an extra fee, ensuring you always have a stocked fridge when your guests arrive in Spain. Services marked with a (€) can be purchased at an additional cost. If you have any special requests, please let us know so we can look for a solution.
We actively limit our services to keyholding / cleaning & Property management for only landlords, covering property check-in / check-out, cleaning, airport taxis, etc.
We can assist with renting out your holiday home, but only to our clients!
Naturally, we also clean your holiday cottage or apartment if desired. The price is discussed on-site during property viewings and depends on the client's needs.

Inspection round once a month: Everything around the house is checked for any defects or damage.
Inspection of locks and alarm (if applicable): Locks are checked for any signs of forced entry, and if desired, the alarm can be tested for proper functionality.
Operation of roller shutters and sun blinds: The roller shutters are tested for operation, as well as the sun blinds.
Water (leakage) and electricity check: Visual check for water damage and the proper functioning of indoor and outdoor lighting (if present).
Flushing of sinks and toilets: All sinks, washbasins, (outdoor) taps, and toilets are flushed for at least 5 minutes to prevent Legionella bacteria.
Ventilating the home: Upon entry, all windows and doors opposite each other are opened for the duration of our presence.
Check during storm: After a storm, we perform an extra check to ensure everything is intact and inspect for any damage.
Collecting mail: We collect mail from the (outdoor) mailbox, which is placed on a table.
Collecting and forwarding mail: We collect mail from the (outdoor) mailbox and forward it to any desired address at the applicable rates.
Photo report of the inspection via email: Photos are taken of all imperfections and sent to the client via email. The client can forward the submitted photos themselves to, for example, their insurance company.
Watering plants: If you have plants or other vegetation, they will be watered upon request during our visit. This applies to both indoor and outdoor plants.
Damage assessment: A report is drawn up for every instance of damage, and this is communicated to the client regarding any further action(s). Pool inspection: Visually inspecting the pool and, if desired, turning on the filter system while we are present at the property. Cleaning the pool before arrival can be an extra option.
Pest control: Upon detection of pests, we will report this; if there is an infestation, a professional company can be hired at the owner's request.
Extra inspection check, 2 x per year: This includes an extra check twice a year upon request; the client indicates whether this extra check is desired.
Grocery shopping: We can ensure the refrigerator is stocked. This is an extra VIP service, and the cost of the groceries plus 15% of these costs will be charged.
Presence during work: If work needs to be done on your home or garden, we can be present during this work, for a maximum of 2 hours per month. Additional hours can be charged on a time and materials basis.
Car service: If you have a car parked in your parking space, we can start it briefly during each visit to recharge the battery. If the car is parked near a power outlet, we can potentially top it up with the trickle charger while we are present.
